- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and government officials for permits and other required entitlements and pre-development items such as utility capacity, drainage requirements and site development density;
- Obtaining beach concessions;
- Creating or evaluating condominium regimes, homeowners associations, beach club rules and deed restrictions; and
- Creating the necessary agreements for the construction, sale, and lease of various properties and developments.
